Senator Perdue Discusses School Act

Safely Go Back To School 

“Parents, teachers, and students are understandably anxious about going back to the classroom in this current environment. Our goal is to eventually get kids back to school safely. To do that, our teachers and students need support,” said Senator Perdue. “I’ve actually introduced last week the SCHOOL Act to give parents, teachers, and educators the tools they need to begin safely reopening our schools when they decide. This bill applies to all schools, those that decide to reopen, those that do a hybrid program, and those that decide to go virtually.”
